What is the use of rubber shock pads?

Author:

Rubber shock pads usually use natural rubber and neoprene. Nitrile rubber is used for oil resistance, silicone rubber is used for high and low temperature resistance, and butyl rubber is used for high damping. It is usually made into brackets or connectors and is widely used in various vehicles, ships, machinery, instruments, bridges and buildings to eliminate or mitigate the adverse consequences of vibration. From the comprehensive ability of dynamic characteristics, durability, durability and processing performance, qualified and good rubber shock absorbers. The use and selection of rubber shock absorbers are described in detail below.

As a cost-effective shock-absorbing element, the rubber shock-absorbing pad is welcomed by the majority of users. Its technical parameters and installation are more suitable than others. Rubber shock-absorbing pads are not only suitable for the operation of industrial machinery and equipment, but also can be seen everywhere in life.

Rubber shock absorption products mainly include rubber shock absorption pads, rubber air springs, rubber fenders, sponge cork rubber shock absorption pads, elastic couplings, flexible connecting pipes, etc.

1. Rubber shock-absorbing pad. Most of them are rubber and metal composite products, including double plates, cylinders, flat plates, etc., which are used for shock absorption and sound insulation of various machinery, instruments, axles and pipes.

2. Rubber air spring. It has better shock absorption and impact resistance than metal springs. It is mainly used in cars. Its structure is similar to that of a tubeless tire. The cord layer is used as the pressure layer, the inside is an airtight rubber layer, and the outside is an oil-resistant and aging-resistant protective rubber layer.

3. Rubber support. It is made of rubber sheets and rigid materials (steel steel, steel mesh and canvas). The latter can improve the compressive strength of the bearing and has little effect on the shear strength. The rubber bearing can transfer the bridge load to the abutment, adapt to the bridge deformation and reduce vibration. Rubber building bearings can reduce the impact of subways, surrounding vehicles and earthquakes on buildings.

4. Rubber shock-absorbing pad. It is made from latex collected from rubber trees, a polymer of isoprene. It has good abrasion resistance, high elasticity, tensile strength and elongation. It ages easily in the air and becomes viscous when heated. It swells easily and dissolves in mineral oil or gasoline. It is resistant to alkalis, but not strong acids. Advantages: good elasticity, acid and alkali resistance.

Today, there are many rubber shock pads in China that can be said to be dazzling, but how many anti-skid pads really have anti-skid function? The rubber shock absorber integrates various functions. It not only has basic hydrophobic and anti-skid functions, but also has basic ultra-wear and pressure resistance properties. It is also suitable for various occasions. In addition to being used in general households, it can also be used in industrial manufacturing to achieve a non-slip effect, thereby ensuring a safer working environment. It is one of the required anti-slip mat products.
